• Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour starts. Check your phone and email for instructions and updates. We can't offer refunds to latecomers and no-shows.
• 4-hour option: Skip-the-line tickets to Westminster Abbey give you access to a priority entrance for groups. Entry during special events is restricted. It is a place of worship so all visitors, including infants, should keep noise to a minimum. Access for prams is limited.
• 3-hour option: Free entry to the Abbey for an organ recital (usually Sundays only), an evensong or a regular mass - subject to Abbey's events schedule . You will visit the Abbey on your own without the guide.
• Please note that Buckingham Palace and Big Ben are not open to the public, entry is excluded.
• There is no luggage storage. Pets are not allowed.
• This is a moderately-paced walking tour. Wear comfortable shoes.
• Not suitable for people with disabilities.
